At DG Eats, we collect your name, mobile number, and delivery location strictly to deliver food to your doorstep. We do not sell or share your personal data with any third-party marketing agencies. Your payment details are securely processed via Razorpay and are not stored on our servers.

2. Terms & Conditions

By using the DG Eats app, you agree to the following terms:

• Food availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if the delivery location is unserviceable.
• Users must provide a valid phone number and accurate delivery address.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since we deal with freshly prepared food, the following rules apply:

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 minutes of placing it. Once the restaurant starts preparing the food, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds: If we cancel your order due to unavailability, or if you cancel within the permitted time, your full amount will be refunded.
• Refund Timeframe: Online payment refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
